Application Overview
• Violations are table driven
• Multiple violations can be selected for each ticket in ticket entry.
• Remarks / Notes can be added per ticket
• Objections and / or hearing dates can be set to prevent a ticket from
becoming delinquent
• Ticket fine amount can be overwritten, or ticket can be voided
• Multiple Data fields and Criteria can be used to search and sort tickets. Ex:
tickets can be listed for certain violations, delinquency, etc…
• Ticket fee can be automatically increased when past due
• Collection of ticket payments
• A file can be created for the DMV for individuals who have outstanding
tickets.
• Reports available:
o View multiple tickets for 1 person
o Officer ticket report
o Paid ticket report
o Delinquent notice for non paid tickets
• Menu System is “Soft Coded”, so that each menu system can be customized
for the town it resides in to best suit each Town policy.
• Notices can be customized per Town
• Delinquent Ticket policies are customized for each Town, due to differences
in Town policy.
